Thank you for your interest in joining this Mindful Self-Compassion Circle of Practice

♡ A space for you to land gently: to tune in, to feel whatever you’re feeling, to embrace yourself with compassion, to allow yourself to be just as you are.

What is Mindful Self-Compassion Practice?  Mindfulness and Self-Compassion are innate resources and skills that we cultivate, that enable us to turn towards our difficult experiences, feelings, and emotions and respond with Care, Kindness and Understanding; just as we would to a dear friend who was struggling, or feeling bad about themselves.

The 3 core components of Mindful Self-Compassion are: Mindfulness, Common Humanity and Self-Kindness. Together, these will be explored with practices to support a state of Warm-Hearted, Connected, Presence.

Each session will include:  A Soft landing and check in, 2 Meditation Practices, Sharing of experience & inquiry, Compassionate Movement, Poem and Dedication.

Recorded Guided Practices:  Recordings of guided practices are included to support you to continue your practice at home.

Everybody is welcome: Whether you’re new to self-compassion or a regular practitioner, you are welcome just as you are.

MSC Guiding Principles: MSC Circles of Practice are an opportunity to practice embodied, compassionate listening and speaking with ourselves and with others. The Guiding Principles familiar from an MSC Course are carried over to these sessions, such as; maintaining confidentiality, listening compassionately, not giving advice, respecting differences, and taking personal responsibility for one’s own well-being.

Sign Up & Bookings: Once you have signed up, you will receive class updates, and can book and confirm your attendance per class.
