Mindful Self-Compassion Practice Community
A Fortnightly Practice Group
A space for you to land gently: to tune in, to feel whatever you’re feeling, to embrace yourself with compassion, to allow yourself to be just as you are.
What is Mindful Self-Compassion Practice?: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion are skills that allow us to turn towards our difficult experiences, feelings, and emotions and respond with Care, Kindness and Understanding - just as we would to a dear friend who was struggling, or feeling bad about themselves. The 3 core components of Mindful Self-Compassion are: Mindfulness, Common Humanity and Self-Kindness. Together, these will be explored with practices to support a state of Warm-Hearted, Connected, Presence.
Each session will include: A soft landing and check in, 2 meditation practices, a movement practice, sharing of experience, a poem and dedication.
Everybody is welcome: Whether you’re new to self-compassion or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome just as you are.
Sign Up & Bookings: Once you have signed up, you will receive class updates, and can book and confirm your attendance per class.
